Favourite line:"I am the monster that breathing men would kill. I am Dracula."

Overblown, pompous take on Bram Stoker's vampire tome.
Francis Ford Coppola tries to do what few have tried before, that is bring the book to life as accurately as possible to the original text. Whilst this is a noble cause, it is ultimately crippling to the movie as entertainment as it is rendered painfully slow.
Add in the plank of wood that is Keanu Reeves, and it seems a strange offering from the master of intensity.
Disappointing.
