Essentially a reworking of the original.
Once the title character escapes from the asylum he has been in since the events of the first flick, he sets up a new practice, finds himself a new belle and, unfortunately, she again commits an act of infidelity, tipping him back over the edge, with the same enamel scraping results.
Tooth based horror hokum.
