Continuing straight after the events of the first film, Kirsty wakes up to find herself in hospital.
The doctors are curious about the box she is clutching and then, wouldn’t you know it, a skinless person appears in her room and daubs the words 'Help me, I'm in Hell' on her wall in blood.
This doesn't improve her mood.
Throw in a demented doctor who is obsessed by all things Lament Configuration, new and improved Cenobites, and a silly bit of special effects towards the end and you have a pleasing, though not quite as good as the original, quality horror sequel.
