Favourite line:"That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die..."

A decent horror anthology here, based on the writings of H.P. Lovecraft.
Jeffrey Combs, the legend that he is, actually gets to play Lovecraft himself, which is a nice touch considering the number of Lovecraft influenced movies he has appeared in.
There's three short stories here, each worth a watch, though the second is head and shoulders the best.
The first deals with sea dwelling demons that are the empty shells of the main characters loved ones, the second about a young woman who needs to remain icy cold in order to survive - there's also a main role for David Wanrer, another horror stalwart and all round top bloke - and the third about a serial killer called The Butcher.
Each has its own character, and is very different from the others on offer.
Highly entertaining in a schlock horror kind of way.
