Tagline:You think it is over...but the games have just begun
Favourite line:"You feel you now have control, don't you? You think you will walk away untested. I promise that my work will continue. That I have ensured. By hearing this tape, some will assume that this is over, but I am still among you. You think it's over just because I am dead. It's not over. The games have just begun."

The games continue, as Jigsaw wreaks yet more havoc, this time from beyond the grave.
The ingredients remain the same - sadistic traps which require the victim to 'save' themselves by inflicting supreme pain against themselves or loved ones in a bid to survive.
The traps always have an ironic element, forcing the ensnared to confront their own flaws, and to overcome them in order to live.
Cleverly, and this is what elevates the Saw movies above many other horror franchises, the writers attempt to connect with the past, linking elements of past films by interweaving them in the context of the latest.
It's a neat conceit though it has to be said it is all getting a little complex.
Tobin Bell is great as Jigsaw, menacing and calculating, and his character is again fleshed out with more backstory.
I expressed scepticism about a fourth installment but, thankfully, I have been proved wrong. And a fifth one is already on the way!
Hope it's as good.
