Favourite line:None worth mentioning.

Set in the near future, the world is overrun with a new drug called 'D'.
Keanu Reeves plays a cop whose job it is to try to stem the flow of the drug into US cities.
And that's about it.

Nothing really happens.
The direction is bizarre, and the animated styling of the visuals - intended to add an air of the surreal - is simply annoying.
Desperately trying to be taken seriously as a 'real' sci-fi movie, this bored the tits off me, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Flat, emotionless, bland and terribly acted, this is a bad movie.
