Standard Wam Bam Van Damme material here but this time Van Damme is fighting to raise money for his family.
That's all you need to know about the plot.
Other than that, the requisite fight scenes are in place and, take the piss all you want, The Muscular One certainly can fight.
One thing he can't do, however, is act, but you kind of accept this when you watch a Jean Claude movie.
Mindless, sure, but mildly entertaining.
