Not quite as good as I remembered, this is still entertaining.
Some bad guys - one of whom Arnhult used to be in the army with - kidnap his daughter and blackmail him into assassinating the president of a South American country. Needless to say, things don't go entirely accoring to their plan, and the Arnster turns himself into a one man army against the evildoers.
Some entertaining action scenes, terrible one liners, and dreadful 80's fashion.
Good, if not his best.
