Rating:4/5

Tagline:It's not paranoia if they're really after you.
Favourite line:"I'm sick of this, you either shoot me, or tell me what the fuck is going on!"

Will Smith is a man on the run. A lawyer with a stable family, a beautiful home, and everything going for him - if you are into materialistic bullshit that is ;-) - meets up with an old friend by chance, and finds himself hunted by the NSA, wanted dead because he now holds the key to a crime committed by a high powered politician.

Smith is very convincing as the man tormented by the injustice of his predicament, and Gene Hackman is as powerful as ever as the ex-spy who assists him reluctantly.
Explosive, well crafted, this is an above average high concept thriller.
Note - this is an unofficial updating of The Conversation, a similarly plotted movie from the 70's which also starred Gene Hackman.
