What a shambles.
The rape and ruination of a classic series of movies begins with this kid-a-thon romp, where we meet two of the most annoying entities ever to be put on screen - Jar Jar Binks and the young Anakin Skywalker.
Binks gurns and squeals his way through proceedings - we're meant to be impressed that this is a CGI creation in its entirety. We're not, more dazzled that such a huge amount of money could be spunked on something so utterly rubbish.
Anakin whines and boasts and complains and boasts some more.
Seriously, you'd throw the kid back into slavery.
A special effects extravaganza that is woefully short on atmosphere, coherent plotting or any adult friendly content whatsoever.
The only reason this didn't get 1 out of 5 is because of the light saber battle between Darth Maul and the two Jedi, and the Pod race. That's it though.
Fast forward the rest.
Absolute tits.
