Mega hit documentary citing the perils of eating too much fast food.
Morgan Spurlock eats nothing but Maccie D's for a month, and starts to deteriorate before our very eyes.
A fascinating indictment of the food industry, counter pointed with some evidence that seems to contradict his argument, such as the guy that eats two Big Mac's a day and is thin as a rake.
A must watch for all.
