Jackie Chan comedy martial arts hokem from his heyday, this is a great actgion flick, but the unnecessary slapstick comedy is a bit over the top for my tastes.
Still, as with most Jackie Chan movies, the plot and scene setting is pretty irrelevant, as all we the viewer are waiting for is the action to kick in, and the stunt-tastic mayhem to ensue, and this certainly delivers on that score.
Not exactly vintage Jackie, but still worth a look.
