Big screen take on the mega-hit paranormal series.
Essentially this is simply an overblown TV episode double bill, and utilises the extra budget well, but doesn't really add a great deal else besides.
This must have been puzzling for anyone who wasn't up to date with the show on TV when it was screened, as prior knowledge is mandatory.
I'm not going to mention the plot, as it would fill the screen, but suffice to say this is one of the extra-terrestrial storylines and, as usual, asks more questions than it answers.
Basically, if you like the TV show, you'll like this, else avoid.
