No Hickox, this time, but Ashley Lawrence adds a touch of cult class.

The plot:
A college student unexpectedly finds that she has inherited a derelict house.
Accompanied by a group of friends, she goes there to clear it of heir-looms before the structure is demolished. Almost immediately, she and her friends are targeted by a powerful warlock who is very interested in her bloodline.

Can’t remember too much about this, as I forgot to review it at the time of watching but, from what I do recall, it was an effective enough addition to the series.
Ashley ‘Hellraiser’ Lawrence does her best with her limited talents – she’s no great actress, folks, despite the Hellraiser affection – and Bruce Payne, as the Warlock, is head and shoulders above Julian Sands who previously held the role.
The rest of the characters are all fairly unlikeable, the ‘friends’ coming across as unsympathetic slugs who deserve the fate that will befall them.
Cult movie fans, certainly check this out, everyone else, just ignore it and pretend it does not exist.
