Pretty much a direct continuation of part 2.
Belial's sexual antics lead to him becoming a father of a veritable brood of little mutants and, as the authorities find out about the goings on in the house of the freaks, much mild and mindless violence ensues.
Not awful, but not great either.
The first is definitely the best of the three.
