Totally off the wall horror.
Low budget, awful acting, totally improbable script, awful effects, but a whole lot of fun.
A man has a brother who is, erm, a little bit different. In fact, he's a mutated freak called Belial who he keeps in a wicker basket. Trouble is, every so often Belial escapes the confines of the basket, and has a tendency to go on a murderous blood letting romp.
Belial looks great when he's not actually moving, but the stop motion animation is terrible when he is on the move.
Still, these films aren't about technical excellence.
Bizarre, and thoroughly enjoyable, this is recommended to all horror fans.
