Favourite line:"I didn't kill her, I fucked her, Okay?"

It's the old, old story:
Someone leaves you an Italian castle in their will, you decide to up sticks and move in, only to discover that the last inhabitant left something behind and forgot to inform you. Only trouble is, what they left behind was a great big bloody Castle Freak, locked in the cellar.
Stuart Gordon again teams up with Jeffrey Coombs (Reanimator, From Beyond) for some Lovecraftian nonsense.
This movie, though far from the best of the pairs outpourings, is still enjoyable enough, and will please those into retro horror movies; you know the ones, proper horror films without any God awful CGI or MTV nu-metal soundtracks.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
