A town has been overrun by Evangelical children, as a result of a child prophet called Isaac, and woebetide any adults who try to stand in their way.
Problem is, the whole time you are watching it you are simply thinking "get to bed you little fuckers.'
The blasphemous quotient is of course to be appreciated, but beyond that there is little else.
Small town America is always creepy in the hands of King - though how much input King had on this is questionable - and all in all, this is just about scraping an average. I won't be checking out any of the multiple sequels though, which says a lot.
Linda 'Terminator' Hamilton is always watchable though, which does brighten thiings a little.
Average at best.
