Favourite line:"Brundle stole my girl, your mother. Got her pregnant. Caused her death. Dissolved my hand and my foot with fly vomit!"

Better than average sequel to Cronenberg's stunning original, which in itself was a remake.
Confused?!?

Anyway, in the first movie we see Brundle copulating with Geena Davis' journalist and, unbeknownst to us at the time, this union spawned a male offspring.
Martin Brundle was born and raised within the confines of Bartok Industries, the company that provided his father with his equipment for his teleportation experiments. Thing is, they are simply waiting to see what happens when he hits puberty and develops into an adult.
Is he fully human, or is he going to experience more than just a few pimples and a squeaky voice as he develops into an adult?
What do you reckon, folks?

The gore factor is notched up a gear (the head bursting scene is superb), and we get to see more of the fly in action in this one.
A good movie.
