My favourite Argento movie without question, and it is up against some pretty stiff opposition.

Jennifer is a somnambulist who also is capable of communicating to a degree with insects. She arrives at a boarding school in Switzerland - -some of the shots of the surrounding area are some of the most sumptuous I have ever seen captured on film - and discovers that a serial killer is apparently offing young women in the area.
Donald Pleasance plays an entomologist who is investigating the deaths.
Some stunning visuals, this is a hauntingly beautiful movie, where the serenity is counterpointed by some of the most unbelievable violence and horror.

Grisly, unflinching, yet strangely hypnotic, this is one of the best horror movies ever made. Unmissable.
