Cautionary tale about the effects of global warming.
Spectacular effects, topical issues, and a pretty decent plot.
Some of the incidents are a little implausible, but otherwise a good effort from the guy that did Godzilla and Independence Day.
It's alright, but I can't be bothered to write anything more detailed about it, so that might give you some kind of clue.
