Favourite line:"Don't make me look at the mountains, Susana. The mountains look like big teeth."

Dramatised account of a South American rugby team whose plain crashes over the Andes. The survivors are cut off from the rest of the world, and have to learn to cope with surviving in extreme conditions, eventually having to make the ultimate decision to start to eat their dead temmates just to stay alive.

An extreme tale, told well and with subtlety, never really glorifying the revulsion of the act the survivors had to endure.
Well acted and well scripted, though at times stretching credulity a little, this is a good movie.
