Favourite line:"Borg? Sounds Swedish."

The definitive Trek movie sees the ultimate Trek enemy - The Borg - being given the big screen treatment.
Jonathan Frakes, who plays Commander William Riker, handles the directorial duties, and this is a dark, atmospheric affair.
The first 15 minutes sets the tone, with Picard's Borg related dreams, the eye bulge scene, and general sinister sequences clearluy indicating that the tone will be more sinister, the effects more visceral than usual.
Essentially, this is a sci-fi / action / horror of the highest order.
There's enough backstory related jargon to trouble the casual viewer though, so this may be relegated to Trekkie only status, and that's a real shame as this is a superb movie.
Resistance is futile!
