Cameron's sequel, coming some seven years after the original, proved a milestone in special effects cinema.
Until this point, special effects were good, even very good, but this was the one that crossed the line and made special effects almost indistinct from real action. OK, the T-1000 morphing scenes look a little suspicious now, but other than that it is hard to spot the effects from the stunts.
You know the plot here: Arnie is sent back, this time to protect the young John Connor from the newest android development, the T-1000, which can alter it's appearance to look like anyone at all.
Beyond that, this is ultimately a chase movie, but a superb one at that.
Unmissable.
