Tom Cruise in a surreal sci-fi thriller sees his disfigured character forcibly placed in a state of suspended animation, wherein he experiences a whole new life, one in which he is not in any way scarred.
It's a neat setup, though ultimately disappointing because, erm, because, erm........well, in truth, the girlfriend is writing this review and she can't remember why she didn't like it.
The very fact that neither of us can remember this particularly clearly should be some indication of the quality of the movie itself.
Or of the heroin we were taking at the time.
Very funny review.
