Ultra low budget, Z grade horror that is mildly entertaining, but only for the gore.
Ignore the 'plot' and the 'acting', and just fast forward to the moments of extremity, as doing anything else is an exercise in futility. These guys aren't actors, they just appear to be a bunch of mates who decided to make a gore movie.
And good on them I say.
The plot:
A group of 'kids' go into the woods for a bit of a getaway and have the misfortune of stumbling across three redneck cannibals, who hunt them down and, ultimately, eat the lot of them!
Sorry if I've ruined the end there but, trust me, it won't make a blind bit of difference to your enjoyment or otherwise.
Some reasonably effective gore, and some very entertaining one liners abound. When one of the cannibals sticks an axe into a guys face he remarks dryly "You axed for it."
Another cannibal (or was it the same one? Does it matter?) pulls an organ out of a female victims abdomen, peers into the hole he has made and sniggers "A womb with a view."
Made me chuckle anyway!
Fans of massively terrible horror only need apply.
