Elvira is the host of a late night horror movie show on a nothing cable channel. She loses her temper at someone for ogling her breasts - ooh, forgot to mention, she has enormous breasts - and gets fired. Luckily, her recently deceased Aunt has left her a mansion. Thus she heads off for an adventure and to find a new life. Cue lots of 'fish out of water', 'you ain't from round here' and 'My God, your tits are huge' gags.
It's ok, and keeps it's momentum for about the first hour.
The metal/goth persona and superbly sexy outfit keep you interested for longer than is strictly normal, and this is a horror comedy that will appeal to any immature metal / horror fan in their early thirties, I'm sure ;-)
Childish but fun.
