Fulci's half hearted sequel to Zombie Flesh Eaters - quite literally as it happens.
He actually walked out on the production without completing his directorial duties, though reasons for his chagrin are sketchy.
This has absolutely nothing to do with its predecessor, but is nevertheless a satisfying enough zombie flick in its own right.
Clunky acting? Check.
Dodgy dialogue? Check.
Military incompetence? Check.
Unnecessary levels of gore? Absolutely!
There's a real stomach churning moment involving a pregnant woman that is worth watching the movie for by itself.
Whilst hardly breaking any new ground, zombie fans should still be reasonably content.
