Favourite line:"Where the dead shall devour the living."

Second sequel to the simply phenomenal Zombie Flesh Eaters, this is extraordinary only in as much as it is utterly, utterly ordinary.
It really is as if a bunch of bored Italian horror writers got together, smoked a few Marlboro, quaffed a couple of glasses of finest red and fished out the Zombie Movie Checklist document stored in that dusty cupboard in the corner of the office.
All the cliches are here, handled neither poorly nor with any semblance of passion, more a going through the motions permeates everything on screen. The whole thing is so mundane even the zombie awakening sequence fails to stir any emotion, in the viewer or the onscreen protaganists. In one moment of inspired lunacy, a woman clutching a child sees a zombie approaching, not too far away then proceeds to turn her back, puts the kid on the ground and then lectures the child about how to behave in such trying circumstances.
Her lack of urgency sums the whole movie up, really.
Zombie-holics may find something to sink their teeth into, everyone else avoid this like the 'will turn you into flesh eating hordes' plague.
