Awful, awful, awful.
Van Damme tries his hand at an action 'comedy', and the results are as bad as you might expect.
As funny as a severe bout of gonorrhea, and with pathertically staged action sequences that try to incorporate humour, this had me reaching for the off switch after about twenty five minutes.

If you care, Van Damme plays a crooked businessman who is attemtping to go straight, and becomes embroiled in a CIA plot to bring down a Hong Kong crime syndicate.

If you care, that's what it's about, but it is utterly, utterly rubbish.
Avoid like a plague ridden leper.
